Fill out the form. Give as much information as you can, including what you’d like to rent, location, party details, etc.

We’ll reach out to you by phone within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry to confirm details and send your contract.

Complete your contract and make your deposit to secure your date and rentals.

Done! A week in advance, we’ll send an email about your final payment, and details regarding drop off and pick up for your big day.

frequently asked questions

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit and a completed contract is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward your final cost. Full payment is due 24 hours prior to your delivery time.

  • The 50% deposit is nonrefundable, but can be applied toward another date within 90 days for the original quoted price of the service and rentals.

  • We will pick up rentals at the quoted end time that you put in your contract. After 10 p.m. EST, we will pick up the items the next day at the agreed upon time in the contract.

  • We require a minimum of four hours to book any item.

  • We understand that accidents happen. However, if an item is damaged at your event, you will be required to replace the item for the full price.
